We do our best to dispatch all orders placed for UK mainland delivery the same working day when received by 1pm. Otherwise, orders are dispatched the next working day. Our standard working days are Monday - Friday (we are closed over the weekend and UK public holidays).
Our UK courier is DPD, carefully chosen by us as we believe they have the most reliable & swift service, tracking options, and their carbon neutral commitment minimises impact on the environment.

Europe delivery costs
As of 1st January 2021, we are no longer able to ship internationally, which now includes Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Do you offer weekend delivery?
Our delivery days with DPD are Monday - Friday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Do I have to be in to receive my order?
You don't need to wait in at home to receive your order from us. DPD offer a "safe place" option, so that if you might be out, you won't miss your parcel. Simply leave a note in the comment box at checkout to let us know where DPD can safely leave your parcel.
Common safe places are: in the porch, in the recycling bin, or behind the gate as examples.

When will I know my order is due to arrive?
We send an email when your order has been fulfilled by us in the factory. Our courier, DPD will also send a notification (either via email or text) to let you know when your parcel is out for dispatch and offer a 1 hour window slot for delivery.
For subscription orders: We send out a notification email up to 4 days prior to your next order being placed, to allow you to make any changes to your order. You can swap, add or remove products, skip your order, or cancel your subscription at any time. We recommend to make any changes by 11:59pm the day before your order is due to be placed.
